RoundCube Mail is the Web Mail software used by iEditWeb. Although using this system is as simple as accessing it through this web site, sometimes, questions arise about advanced features. This page will attempt to answer those questions.
- Log into your Webmail dashboard and choose the RoundCube option.
- From the RoundCube dashboard, click on the Settings option in the upper right corner of the screen.This brings you to the RoundCube Settings screen.
- Locate and click on the Identities tab. You are now on the Identities list screen.
- Find and click on the desired identity in the left hand panel.
- Clicking on the identity brings up two tabs in the right hand panel. Click on the Signatures tab. If you wish to use HTML in your signature, simply click the HTML Signature checkbox. This will cause the Signature field to change over for HTML allowing for special formatting. (NOTE: if you are uploading an image in the HTML Signature, it must be smaller than 64KB.)
- Enter your desired custom signature in the Signature field.
- Once entered, click on the Save button located underneath the tabs.You have now created your new email signature!
- Go to vCard Creator and create a VCard. Copy the link to your clipboard.
- In Round Cube Mail, Select Settings (The gear in the upper right corner).
- Selected Identities in the menu on the left.
- Select your name.
- Check the HTML signature box at the bottom.
- Now create the signature
- To attach the vCard, click on the link button.
- Past the link you have in your clipboard to the Url field.
- Put something sensible in the “Text to Display” field; something like “Download vCard”.
- Select “New Window” as the target.
- Click save.
- Now that you are using HTML mode for the signature, you can change the font style for the text in your signature. You can also upload images into your signature.
(NOTE: if you are uploading an image in the HTML Signature, it must be smaller than 64KB.)
