Send Message

The operation will send a message to one of your existing lists

  1.  Complete the From email address.

       Note: to comply with the CAN SPAM act this MUST be a valid email address. This email address will receive replies, auto responses and bounces from the recipients. It's recommended you set up a special email address or alias like sales@domain.com for this address.

  2. Complete From proper name field. This could be something like "Company Name Sales".  Depending on the mail client, this will be the name the mail client says the email came from.

     Note: DO NOT use commas in this name. If you do it will mess things up big time.

  3. Select a message from the message list by clicking the message you want to send.

  4. Select a list you want to send the message to by clicking the list name.

  5. Press OK to begin sending the message. You can use Job Status to see the progress
