The list manager allows you to create new lists, delete lists and upload a spreadsheet to a list etc. It also allows you to launch the List Editor to modify the contents of you list.
The tree control will have the following columns.
List Name is the name you gave the list when created.
Count is the number of addresses in the list.
Verified is the number of addresses that have been verified.
Unsubscribed is the number of addresses where the recipient has unsubscribed from the list.
Duplicates is the number of duplicates. These are caused when more than one attempt was made to add the address to the list.
Office 365 indicates the office 365 email address that is connected to this list. This feature will allow you to connect a Office 365 contact list to this list. When a user is added to the list by completing a form, they will also be added to the Office 365 contact list.
To the left of each item that has sub items there is a chevron icon. If the item is not expanded the chevron icon will point to the right and clicking the icon will expand the item and show its sub elements. If the item is expanded, the chevron will point down and clicking the icon will contract the item and hide all its sub elements.
You can change the order of a list or folder by dragging the item on top of another item. The item will be moved immediately below the item you drop it on at the same level as the item you drop it on. While you are dragging the item you are dragging will have a ghost image of the item that will follow your cursor (figure 2). At the beginning of the ghost is an arrow that points to the right indicating the the item will be dropped below an item at the same level. If you hold down the control key while dragging, the item will be placed as a sub item if the one its dropped on. When the control key is held, the arrow become a level down icon .

Rename List or Folder
Click on the List Name of the list or folder you want to change.
Click the edit icon.
The List Name field will enter edit mode. You may type in the field and change the name.
Press Tab to save the change.
Upload List
Upload List will allow you to upload an Excel spreadsheet of data replacing the current members with the ones in the spreadsheet.
Click on the list you want to upload to.
Click on the upload icon.
Select the Excel spreadsheet from your local hard drive email and press open. The upload will begin.

The first row designates the field names
All other rows are the values for the fields.
There must be at minimum three fields.
LAST NAME
FIRST NAME
EMAIL
There can be any number of custom fields but there names most be unique.

Append List
Append List will allow you to append a list with the contents of an Excel spreadsheet. Any addresses that exist in both the spreadsheet and the list will be marked duplicate.
Click on the list you want to append to.
Click on the append icon.
Select the Excel spreadsheet from your local hard drive email and press open. The append will begin.
Edit List
This option will open the list editor on a specific list. The list editor is where you can manager the list members without first creating a spreadsheet. You can also change subscription status.
Click on the list you want to edit.
Click on the edit icon.
The list editor will open. Please refer to the List Editor article for more information.
Add List
Add List will create a new list that you can upload to or edit.
Click on a list to place the new list below the selected list or select a folder to place the list in the folder.
Click on the plus icon.
A new list will be created and the List Name for the new list will be put in edit mode.
Type the name for the new list and hit tab. The new list is now created.
Add Folder
Click on a list to place the new folder below the selected list or select a folder to place the folder in another folder.
Click on the folder icon.
A new folder will be created and the Folder Name for the new folder will be put in edit mode.
Type the name for the new folder and hit tab. The new folder is now created.
Delete Item
Click on the folder or list you want to delete.
Click the delete icon.
You will be prompted to confirm the delete request. Press Yes to delete the item and no to leave it in tact.
Scheduler
Note: This feature is not yet available in Eight. This feature is available in iEditWeb 7. Clicking the associated icon will do nothing.
The scheduler provides a way to schedule message sends.
Select the list you want to create a schedule with.
Click on the clock icon.
The Scheduler will open. Please visit the Scheduler article for details.
Office 365
Note: This feature is not yet available in Eight. This feature is available in iEditWeb 7. Clicking the associated icon will do nothing.
This feature will allow you to connect your editor list to an Office 365 Contact List so when someone is added to the list through a form, they are also added to your Office 365 Contact List.
